At any reason, application fees are non-refundable. 

 

If cancelling prior to May 15, 2024, 50% will be refunded. 

Prior to May 30, 2024, 40% 

Prior to June 15, 2024, 30% 

Prior to June 30, 2024, 20% 

will be refunded. 

No refund if cancelling after June 30, 2024.

 

When a participant might cancel due to the health concerns including covid-19, the general refund policy will be adapted.

참가신청금을 제외한 2580 유로 / 1590 유로에서 
1. 5월 15일 이전 취소시 50% 환불
2. 5월 30일 이전 취소시 40% 환불
3. 6월 15일 이전 취소시 30% 환불
4. 6월 30일 이전 취소시 20% 환불
5. 6월 30일 이후 취소시, 전액 환불 불가

코로나 포함 건강상의 문제로 취소할 시에도 위의 환불규정이 적용됩니다. 
자연재해, 전쟁 등 불가항력적 이유로 행사가 취소될 시 환불이 불가합니다. 
환불처리는 행사 종료 후 한달 안에 됩니다.
